The story of

Federica

I was born in Rome but I moved, starting from 2018, to northern Italy for work reasons.

I consider myself a very outgoing person and I always like to challenge myself.
After attending scientific high school, I enrolled at LUSS Guido Carli University, where I obtained a bachelor degree in Economics and Management and subsequently attended the Strategic Management course.

In parallel with the continuation of my studies and the achievement of important goals that follow, I also managed to pursue my passion and at the same time turn it into a job.
I have been playing volleyball since I was 10 and for many years I have participated in the top division championships.
Pursuing both objectives hand in hand is not easy, but I think they are both an excellent opportunity to improve both academic and personal training background.

The university has allowed me to gain knowledge of the subject by increasing my education and helping me to discover new interests.
Volleyball has allowed me to develop a series of personal characteristics that I consider essential in today’s world of work, such as the ability to work under stress or to collaborate with a team.

The internship consists in the management of the company’s customers at 360°, in a way particular the management of the social media department, marketing analysis and management of events.

INTERESTS & PROJECTS

In addition to my interests related to study and sport, I am particularly attracted by topics such as psychology, history, fashion and travel.
In recent years I have discovered a particular passion for Marketing. During my internships I had the opportunity to explore and improve my Marketing knowledge through the development of social media campaigns, content creation, marketing analysis, email marketing and events.

The activities I was involved in were varied, but the main projects that were assigned to me concerned the creation of new online content for our customers and the
organizational management of some events.
In particular, I was involved in the organization of the SPORTIVO event, a weekly sport aperitalk that allowed entrepreneurs, sportsmen and students to get to know illustrious guests engaged in different activities.
My tasks were mainly related to the creation and publication of the advertising campaign, not only through social channels, but also thanks to email marketing and the organization and management of the event itself.
